3 tbsp sea salt or kosher salt
1 small bowl of spring water
1 clean glass container
1 new compact mirror
1 storage bottle
Insure privacy. Make sure to sterilize glass bowl and container. Go outside at the full moon.

Set up alter and cast circle.
Say:
In the cloak of the midnight hour
I call upon the Ancient Power
I seek the presence of the Lady and Lord
To bless this water that I will pour:
Add the rose water and hold it toward the moonlight.
say:
In my hands I hold the essence of the Gods. I hearby cleanse and consecrate this water to the Gods that it may be used for positive acts and may aid me in my magickal work.
Raise the salt toward the moon.
Say:
In my hands I hold the essence of Mother Earth; She whose bounty sustains all living creatures. I hearby consecrate this salt to the Gods that it may be used for positive acts anly and may aid me in my magickal work.
Pour a little salt into the bowl and stir clockwise three times. Repeat two more times.
With the bowl in the left hand and the mirror in the right, hold up to the moon for a few moments.
Say:
This liquid is now pure and dedicated to the Lord and lady. It is free from all negativity in any time and any space.
Now infuse the water with your power. Be sure to VISUALIZE. When the energy begins to subside,

As I will
So mote it be
With the free will of all
And harm to none
